Set personalized nutrition targets to track your progress.

Set Your Goals

Open Settings

Go to SettingsNutrition.

Enter targets

Set daily targets for:

  • Calories
  • Protein (grams)
  • Carbohydrates (grams)
  • Fat (grams)

Save

Your goals are now active.

Goal Suggestions

Not sure what to set? We offer presets:

Track Progress

Once goals are set:

  • Progress bars show daily achievement
  • Dashboard highlights when you're over/under
  • Weekly summary shows goal adherence

Household Goals

Each household member can set their own goals. The dashboard shows the currently logged-in user's progress.
