New

Redesigned Coach Tab Experience

The Coach tab has been completely reimagined as a flowing coaching session instead of a stack of cards.

  • The Pulse – A hero section showing your status at a glance: On Track, Ahead, Falling Behind, or Plateau. See your weight journey from start to goal with a visual progress bar, plus a 7-dot weekly consistency view.

  • Next Move – One clear, actionable section showing exactly what to focus on right now. Includes recipe suggestions and quick-log buttons tailored to your biggest macro gap.

  • Insights – Pattern-based one-liners replace the old card clutter. Personal bests, weekend patterns, nutrient gaps, and weight volatility now show as compact callouts you can dismiss. Your Weekly Story opens in a bottom sheet.

Improved

Better Food Logging Experience

The food logging modal is now easier to scan, tap, and use on any screen size.

  • Larger Calorie Ring – The progress ring is bigger and easier to read, with full macro labels on desktop.

  • Cleaner Layout – Removed redundant sections, increased spacing, and improved visual hierarchy so you can find what you need faster.

  • Better Touch Targets – Recently logged items and entry buttons are larger and easier to tap on mobile.

  • Desktop Two-Column View – On wider screens, the calorie dashboard sits in a sticky sidebar alongside your suggestions for a more efficient workflow.

  • Compact Entry Bar – The bottom entry buttons now sit in a single slim row, giving you more room to browse.

Improved

Polished How It Works Section

The "How it works" section on the landing page got a visual refresh with a cleaner, card-based layout.

  • Linear-inspired cards – Each step now lives in a contained card with generous padding, subtle borders, and a clean vertical flow on desktop.

  • Crisp Lucide icons – Replaced heavy illustrated SVGs with lightweight Lucide icons in tinted containers, so they stay sharp at every size.

  • Mobile-optimized layout – Compact horizontal cards with pill badges and icons on the left, text on the right.

New

Search by Ingredient, Recurring Meals & Print View

Three new features to make meal planning faster and more flexible.

  • Search by ingredient – Filter your recipes by typing ingredient names like "chicken, rice" in the recipe grid. Uses AND logic so you find recipes that match all your ingredients.

  • Recurring meals – Pin your go-to meals to specific days and meal slots. When you open an empty week, your recurring meals auto-populate so you always have a starting point.

  • Print weekly plan – Print a fridge-friendly overview of your entire week from the Share menu. Clean black-and-white table layout with recipe names, cooks, and prep times.

Fixed

Food Logging Button Now Visible on Mobile

The food logging button on the Nutrition page was invisible on mobile — now it's back and better than ever.

  • FAB Restored – The "+ Log Food" button is now always visible on the Today tab, fixing a bug where it was silently clipped by a parent container.

  • Labeled Pill Button – Upgraded from a plain "+" icon to a clear "Log Food" pill with larger touch target for easier tapping.
